From the magical pharaonic sites, we go to one of the most famous historical sites in Islamic Cairo, The Citadel of Sultan Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi (Saladin). It was built in the 11thcentury and it was for 700 years the seat of government in Egypt and the residence of its rulers as well as one of the strongest defensive fortresses protecting the city of Cairo from any threats of invasion by European crusader armies. The citadel has also many monuments and museums that were added over the centuries such as the Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha (Alabaster Mosque), the Police Museum (also sometimes referred to as the Prison Museum) and the Egyptian Military Museum.

You will then have another special tour, food tour! By having a beautiful Egyptian lunch, trying the Egyptian cuisine and living in the Egyptian atmosphere while eating.

Then we are up to a guided tour in Khan el-Khalili, one of the biggest and oldest bazaars in the Middle East and Africa.
